We hang all of our meat in the traditional manner for optimum tenderness and flavour – our beef is hung for a minimum of three weeks. We were the pioneers of the popular Monthly Meat Box scheme, where we deliver an exciting selection of delicious organic meat to your door every 4 weeks. We have recently developed the credit crunch-busting ‘Well Thrifty Box’ containing a variety of organic meat, designed to feed a family of 4 for a month (eating meat every other day) for only £50.
