Award winning Welsh cheesemaker producing a range of pasteurised and unpasteurised cheeses including Celtic Promise a former British champion. Received the Best Flavour Added Cheese Major Category Award, a gold medal in the 2007 British Cheese Awards and 2 silver and bronze medals in the 2008 awards. Received a 1 Star Gold Award for Saval in The Great Taste Awards 2008.  In 2009 they received a Bronze for the 'Smoked Teifi, unpasteurised' from the World Cheese Awards with Gold and Bronze Awards in the British Cheese Awards..  Supplier to Angela Hartnett, Great British Menu TV programme.
