Multi award winning Devon smokehouse producing manuka (type of woodchip) Smoked products. They were given 2 Gold Awards by The Taste of West in 2007 for their manuka smoked chicken and duck and 4 Gold awards for their smoked salmon, trout and Gravadlax. Also received a 1 Star Gold award for Hot Roasted Salmon in the Great Taste Awards 2007.  They now have a Gold in the 2008 Taste of the West Awards for Manuka Smoked Chicken and 3 Bronze for Smoked Fish, as well as three 1 Star Gold Awards in The Great Taste Awards 2008.  They have two 2 Star Gold in the Great Taste Awards 2009 for Smoked Salmon Pate and Manuka Smoked Salmon. With a further 4 Silver and 1 Bronze for their products in the 2009 Taste of the West Awards.
