High quality Organic producer/butcher rearing a wide range of rare breed meats including Aberdeen Angus Beef, Middle White Pork, buffalo meat and Hebridean Lamb. Dairy, eggs and vegetables also available. Onsite butchers shop and online ordering facility. Gold award for Hebridean lamb in Taste of Britain 2007 and also 1 star Gold at Great Taste 2007. Received a 3 Star Gold Award for Organic French Trimmed Rack of Pork, 2 Star Gold Award for Organic Ale, and three 1 Star Gold Awards for Organic Pork & Leek Sausage, Organic Leg of Lamb and Buffalo Burgers in The Great Taste Awards 2008. They have a 2 Star Gold Awards in the 2009 Awards for French Salami, Organic Leg of Lamb and Organic Chicken with a 1 Star Gold for Organic Rib of Beef. They now have a 3 Star Gold award in the 2010 Great Taste Awards for the 'Buffalo Fillet Steak'.
