Multi award winning organic producer of high quality Smoked Scottish Salmon and trout as well as deli products such as fish pate etc. Received a Silver Medal for Gravadlax in the Soil Association Organic Food Awards 2006. Certified Organic by The Soil Association. Gold 1* award from the 2007 Great Taste awards for Smoked salmon pate. In 2008 they received a 2 Star Gold Award for Inverawe Flaky Roast Smoked Salmon, and a 1 Star Gold Award for Smoked Halibut in The Great Taste Awards.  They have four 1 Star Gold Awards in the 2009 Awards for Smoked Organic Salmon, Flaked Roast Smoked Salmon, Smoked Eel and Smoked Loch Etive Trout.
