Award winning producer of a range of breads and confectionery to very high standards. Received a Gold and Bronze Award in the Bread category of The Soil Association Organic Food Awards 2006 and 2 Gold Awards for 'Spelt Loaf' and 'Spelt Soda Bread' and a Silver award for Wild White Bread in the Taste of the West Awards 2007.  They now have 3 Bronze awards in the 2009 Taste of the West Awards for Fig & Walnut, Ciabatta and Lavender Marmalade.
