Multi award-winning, family cheese maker which produces traditional unpasteurised Welsh cheese mostly from organic milk. They have been at the forefront of the revival of Welsh Farmhouse Caerffili. Awards include a bronze medal in the for New Cheeses in the 2007 British Cheese Awards and 3 medals in the 2008 awards, including a gold.  Received a 2 Star Gold Award, a 1 Star Gold Award in The Great Taste Awards 2008 and is the Carpet Picnic Category Reserve Winner in the True Taste Awards 2008/09  Supplier to Bryn Williams, Great British Menu TV programme, Rick Stein food super hero.
