Highly acclaimed smoker of fish, eels, meats and poultry etc with a shop, restaurant and mail order facility. Received a 2 Star Gold Award for Wild Hot Smoked Eel in the Great Taste Awards 2007. Gold award in Taste of the West for Oak roasted pork, cider and apple sausages.  In the 2008 Taste of the West Awards they won a Gold for Cold Smoked Salmon and Silver awards for Hot Smoked English Eel and Hot Smoked Salmon Steaks. Also received a 2 star gold award for Hot Smoked Eel in Great Taste 2008 with a 2 Star Gold Award for Hand Cured Cold Smoked Salmon and a 1 Star Gold awards for Smoked Eel P,te, Smoke Eel and Hot Smoked Arctic Char, in the 2009 Awards.  Rick Stein, Hugh Fearnley -Whittingstall and Phil Vickery recommended.
