Produces a range of organic and traditional flours, using traditional equipment. Received a Gold and Silver Award in the Flour category of the Soil Association Organic Food Awards 2006. Certified Organic by The Soil Association. In 2008, they received three 1 Star Gold Awards for Organic Oak Smoked Strong Malted Blend Flour, Organic Spelt Flour and Organic Strong Malted Seed Flour in The Great Taste Awards.  In the 2009 Great Taste Awards they received three 2 Star Gold Awards for Oak-Smoked Malted Bread Flour, Spelt Flour and Malted Seed Flour, with a 1 Star Gold for Gromitis Italian Pizza Kit.
