Family butcher and game dealer, specialising in traditional Scottish beef reared on our own Speyside farm and hung for 3 weeks. Also available is local free range rare breed pork, hill lamb, wild venison and game. We also make our own black pudding, haggis, burgers and sausages.We have won three 1 Star Gold awards in the 2009 Great Taste Awards for our Beef Sirloin Steak-Grass fed, Black Pudding and Slicing Haggis. We supply hotels, restaurants and private household alike throughout the UK.
