Co Antrim producer of ice cream and fruit sorbets with over 100 flavours of ice-cream. All ice-cream is manufactured on the farm using organic milk and cream from their own dairy herd. Their fruit sorbets are made using fresh fruit, sourced locally wherever possible. None of their products contain emulsifiers, stabilisers or preservatives. Supplier to Noel McMeel, Great British Menu TV programme.
