About:

Cornish farm producing welfare friendly rose veal from a pedigree Guernsey and Holstein dairy herd. They are reared in small groups in open air, loose straw yards.  They won Best Overall Uncured Meat at the 2009 Taste of the West Awards, as well as a 2-star Gold at the Great Taste Awards 2009 for Veal Escalopes. They were also finalists in the Waitrose and Country Living Made in Britain Food Producer of the Year Award 2009.
