Do you use any artisan or craft practices in processing your produce - if relevant?

• Please list any awards, certifications, accreditations and recommendations you have received from relevant bodies, organisations or individuals.

• Please list any welfare, environmental or conservation credentials or practices which you feel are relevant eg Free range, Organic Certification, LEAF demonstration Farm etc.

• Please list the use or support of any rare or native breeds or heritage varieties of fruit and vegetables. Please refer to RBST for full breed list.

• Please mention here any Regional recipes or specialities of yours which are helping to preserve the heritage of British food.
