Choose a rare or native breed rather than a commercial breed introduced for high fast yields and little taste. Over 360 producers and suppliers of 80 Rare and native Breeds of cattle, sheep, pigs and poultry have their breeds listed so that you can search for the breeds you want. 400 Certified Organic producers are listed including those certified by The Soil Association, Demeter (biodynamic), Organic Farmers and Growers, Scottish Organic Producers Association (SOPA) and the Irish Organic Farmers and Growers. It's a well kept secret that Organic welfare standards are much higher than free range or freedom foods (see our
